I have been wanting to go explore some of the movie locations around us that the movie "Twilight" was filmed at. About a year ago we went with my sister and her friend to Forks, WA (I hadn't read the book even but it was cool when I did to visiualize what we saw)...We had a fun time soaking up the sunshine, driving, listening to music and chatting on our "mini road trip". Took about 3 hours total for us to loop around to the places. It was nice to get out to some of the more remote town areas that typically we never would have gone to before. I love exploring sometimes you find the coolest stuff by doing this. You gotta love those curvy country roads and scenery. So here are the pics of this documentary event in our lives...
First, since you rarely see "us" on the blog here is our portraits...

Kalama High School is the high school they used for the parking lots and exterior shots in the movie....

My Edward..who was so sweet to entertain his crazy wife!

We than headed in St. Helens. They used this town for Port Angeles in the movie...here are some pictures of the little town. Super quaint and SMALL!

Charlie's House...

We also ate breakfast at Carver Cafe which is the cafe used for the diner scene with Charlie and Bella. This is only about 10 miles from my house. Sorry no pictures...it was too cold!
